The WVUD Sports Department is “The Voice of Blue Hen Sports.” We cover a wide variety of athletic events, from football to basketball to lacrosse and more!

We have traveled to a number of states on the East Coast and beyond for road broadcasts of UD Athletics. In recent years, our travels have taken us to Duke, Northwestern, Navy, Rutgers, Princeton, Temple, South Dakota State, Elon, Colorado, James Madison, Villanova, Towson, Rider, Drexel, Penn State, and more. Our coverage has included trips to the FCS Playoffs and NCAA Tournament (March Madness) events.
“The Cage” is our weekly talk show that airs every Monday from 5-7pm on the FM Station. We host a roundtable discussion covering professional sports news and updates on all University of Delaware athletic programs.

Senior Communications Major
Michael is in his fifth year with WVUD and very involved with covering basketball, football, and lacrosse. He is from the great state of Delaware and a huge Philly sports fan.

Senior Media Communications Major
Sanaa is in her fourth year with WVUD and her 2nd year as Sports Director. She is excited to continue covering basketball and football. Her favorite teams to watch are the Philadelphia Eagles and the Golden State Warriors. She is looking forward to everything Delaware basketball in the coming year.
